brown rice onions garlic and sprots

green beans steamed with balsamic, seasme oil, seasme seeds

steamed yams and leeks

Second meal

cillies poblanos stuffed with jam and sauce of green tomatoes

coleslaw, red cabbage, cabbage, seasme seeds, onion,carrot

salad

leeks steamed
