Zgoodfood schedule

Waking up in the treehouse, with the sound of the waves, birds singing, and another beautiful day.....
We start the day with some coffee or tea
Yoga 9:00 to 10:00
yoga
salute to the sun
breathing exercises
15 minute meditation

breakfast is
papaya mango seasme seeds lemon
mint tea
ubadah tea

lunch is:
black beans
home grown arugula
gaspacho garnish
purried natural jams

dinner:
green salad
green tea
