1 cup water
boil the water, turn off the stove and add sugar.
cool.
there are many varities of birds
they are very personable and say hi when
they are finished sucking the nector water
like a straw, then they go to the tree limb
and sing.
It looks like you're having a wonderful time there in paradise! Doublecheck the recipe for hummingbird food on the internet...i believe it's only 1/4 C sugar for 1 C water!
